Siblings: Hestia, Hades, Zeus, Poseidon 

Daughter: Persephone (Wife of Hades, and daughter of Zeus) 

Symbol: Wheat

Demeter is in charge of all of the agriculture and harvest. The first loaf of bread every year is sacrificed to her so they can have agricultural wellness the rest of the year. When Hades captured her daughter, Persephone, Demeter put a famine on the mortals. She caused all of the plants to wilt so that no mortal could eat. Persephone was returned to her, but still got to see Hades once a year. Demeter is looked to greatly for agricultural needs.
